Redwood trees
Northern Falifornia has lots of crops. The scenery in the Cascade Mountains is beautiful. The snow covered mountain was in northern California. We drove through the redwood national forest and took the picture of Jack's jeep driving though a giant redwood tree. We are in Seattle, Washington reeady to board the cruise ship for Alaska on Sunday.

Really great picture of Mt. Shasta! (At least, I assume that's Mt Shasta. It looks like it.) I hope you didn't get lost in Seattle. I don't suppose you visited Chris and his vineyard when you went through Oregon, did you? This probably will be your last post for awhile, won't it?
ReplyDeleteIf it is Mt. Shasta, it's an extinct volcano... and it certainly looks like a volcano in the picture. It's part of the ring of fire that includes Mt. Rainier and the one that went off several years ago, Mt. St Helens.
