Key West, FL June 2012

This monument is in Key West closest to Cuba.  Remember the  Bay of Pigs and President Kennedy during the communism scare?  Some people just don't forget like Castro.  All the rest of the world vacations there except US.  I remember a couple of years ago a cruise ship came to Cozumel instead of Cuba due to incliment weather so I thought mayb e all countries could cruise to Cuba I guess we can't.  How fair is that?

    Jay and I went to that spot when we were in Key West. It's near Nixon's other white house. I agree. Why can't we go to Cuba like everybody else. We can visit Russia and they're the ones that got Cuba in trouble in the first place! It ISN'T fair!

      I know, Castro needs to get over it. It's not that we really want to go to Cuba but it's not that far from Key West and a cruise ship could go there as well as Cozumel.But this time the only places we wanted to return to was Key West (this monument) and Cozumel (scub a)
